These terms apply when you access SquareFaceIconGenerator.app. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You may use the site without registration. Do not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass security, or submit harmful material. Availability and compatibility are not guaranteed.
2. Site Brand, Code, and Content
The SquareFaceIconGenerator.app brand and original site code and editorial content are protected by their applicable rights. This statement does not claim ownership of third-party software, SWF files, graphics, fonts, or other material identified below.
3. Ruffle
Ruffle is independent open-source software used as a Flash compatibility layer and is governed by its own licenses and project terms. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ruffle project.
4. Third-Party SWF Files and Assets
Some generators and their included visual assets are third-party historical works. Rights in those works remain with their applicable rights holders. Making a tool accessible here does not transfer those rights, establish an official partnership, or make this site the original author.
5. Generated Results
A saved result may combine choices you made with third-party graphics included in a generator. This site does not promise that you own the result or grant a commercial, merchandise, resale, redistribution, trademark, or other license. You are responsible for checking the applicable rights before using a result.
6. Gallery
The current Gallery is a read-only collection of first-party examples and does not provide an image upload or submission form. This change does not itself delete earlier submissions or transfer any rights in them; contact us about removal of material previously submitted through the site.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The site is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes and Applicable Law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms do not select California or another specific jurisdiction; applicable mandatory law and competent courts determine any rights or dispute.
